This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Light Meter for Google Glass (“Glassware”) that was created by David Young. The Glassware is designed to evaluate ambient light for the purpose of calculating the correct exposure shutter speed, based on the selected ISO and aperture settings.

What information does the Glassware obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
- The settings you make within the Glassware is only stored in memory while the Glassware is running. The settings are not stored to permanent storage, transmitted, or collected by anyone. When you close the Glassware, all settings will be lost.
Automatically Collected Information
- The Glassware will access the light sensor of the Google Glass for the purpose of calculating the shutter speed. The data collected from the light sensor are not stored, transmitted, or collected by anyone. When you close the Glassware, all data will be lost.
Does the Glassware collect precise real time location information of the device?
- This Glassware does not collect precise information about the location of your device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Glassware?
- No third party see and/or have access to information obtained by this Glassware.
What are my opt-out rights?
- You can stop all collection of information by the Glassware easily by uninstalling the Glassware.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
- The Glassware will retain User Provided data and Automatically Collected data for as long as Glassware is running. If you would like to deleted these data, you can terminate the Glassware process by select "Stop" in its menu.

- We do not use the Glassware to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

- We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. None of your data will be stored, transmitted, or collected by anyone.
Changes
- This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
